Do you know about 5G and Dangers to your Health?
5th generation (5G) wireless technology has been underway since 2019, yet the safety standards for this technology are lacking. These small cell millimeter wave networks are denser than previous wavelengths, provide 10 times higher frequencies (up to 100 times faster) than 4G and can rapidly transmit enormous amounts of data in this capacity. This is supposed to make our technology faster and easier to use. And it is marketed this way. Since millimeter waves do not travel as far as the wavelengths of lower frequency, 3 and 4G radiation, these “smart” cells need to be closer together. Therefore they need to place them on street lights, buildings , rooftops, etc. but this creates a potential hazard to human health. Some homeowners are even being paid to allow antennas on their roof to increase signal strength.
The plan is to put 40-100,000 satellites into orbit to emit 5G but only 4,425 are needed to bring the entire world online.
AT&T has developed the Flying Cow Drone technology, for example. While it has been using its “Cell on Wings” (COW) technology for years to transmit LTE coverage during big events and disasters, the new 5G Flying COW could prove to be crucial in providing “better network performance and an improved experience”. The goal is to bring 5G to rural areas and connect us all to the INTERNET of THINGS.
We are not only polluting our environment with non native microwave radiation, but the cumulative effects of constant exposure to Wi-Fi signals from Bluetooth, smartphones, smart watches, smart bras, baby monitors, even wireless potty trainers (new) are not entirely known. What we know is that people and the environment are at risk. There are no clear-cut safety standards, nor is there adequate safety testing of wireless devices.
There are, however, over 2,000 references to negative effects of microwave radiation on health. The US military has been documenting these since 1931.
Some of the negative effects on human health are DNA damage and mutations, increased cancer risks, glioma tumors, neurological disorders- ADHD, memory loss, increased oxidative stress, infertility and miscarriages.
The National Toxicology Program has studied and identified increased rates of adrenal, heart and brain cancers in rats and mice when exposed to non-ionizing radiation i.e. WI-FI. Non-ionizing radiation was labeled a “weak carcinogen ” 20 years ago.
The Federal Communication Commission (FCC) is made up of six people from within the industry – not independent scientists. This agency regulates equipment that emits radio frequencies but it has nothing to do with health and safety. That is left up to the FDA and other regulatory agencies. Reference.
In the US, the cell-phone exposure guidelines (Specific Absorption Rate (SAR)) for human tissue must be below the thermal limit and the way they test these effects are on a human- head-sized rubber dummy. If it doesn’t heat up, it is considered safe for humans. That’s it. There is extensive censorship in exposing negative effects of 5G in the US. 5G and Sars-CoV2 is another area of investigation.
What we do know is that Electromagnetic Hypersensitivity (EHS) is on the rise. According to Beverly Rubik, Ph.D. and founder of the Institute for Frontier Science, 5G is a stressor to human cells and it has been shown to lower immunity by decreasing white blood cell motility and contributes to red blood cell aggregation (thickening). While you may not be aware of the Wi-Fi exposure, you may be experiencing changes in sleep, headaches, bleeding disorders, tinnitus, skin rashes, atrial fibrillation, anger, agitation and other behavioral disorders, impaired glucose metabolism, lowered sperm count and DNA damage in females. It’s been estimated that 30% of the US population is suffering with one or more symptoms; 5% have moderate symptoms and .6% have severe symptoms.
What can we do to mitigate these effects and protect ourselves?
1. Keep cell phone over one inch away from your body – preferably over an arm’s length away. Never put up to ear- use speaker phone
2. Put cell phone on airplane mode, turn OFF wi-fi and Bluetooth
3. Disable your Router and Wi-Fi in your home especially at night, or at least put on a timer
4. Go back to corded phone in your home
5. Wire your mouse and keyboard
6. Know your exposure -You can use a handheld meter like CORNET to ID dirty electricity, however its’ upper limits are 8GHz so it cannot measure 5G
7. Grounding mats – or “earthing” – get outside in nature, barefoot
8. Avoid Bluetooth headphones and ear buds- use “air” ones. Hearing aids are mostly Bluetooth and coordinate with magnetic fields penetrating the brain. Bluetooth is not as strong but it still affects magnetic fields and is a stressor
9. Fish oils can help with cell membrane restoration but are not enough
10. Use a shielding case or Mylar bag for your phone. Use only scientifically validated protection devices
11. Hard wire whenever possible
12. Eat more saturated fats to protect your brain, reproductive organs and cell membranes
13. Err on the side of caution – or hire a building biologist to come to your home, place of work to identify risks
